BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your contract is with "SUN VILLAS FLORIDA DIRECT" ("S.V.F.D")
a limited liability partnership registered in England, number
OC300375 registered office is at Beverley House, 17 Beverley
Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 6PH.
The contract is made under English Law and subject to the jurisdiction
of the English Courts. Every attempt has been made to use clear
and concise language in these terms and conditions, if any terminology
has been used which is not fully understood, please feel free
to contact us for clarification before you sign the booking form.
1. Booking
Bookings are valid after:
a.) The booking form has been completed and signed and received by S.V.F.D.
a.) The appropriate deposit has been paid and
b.) The booking has been confirmed in writing by S.V.F.D to the lead customer
The person, who signs the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised
to agree the booking terms and conditions on behalf of all persons included
on the booking form, including those substituted or added at a later date.
The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and must
be over 21 years of age.
2. Payment
A deposit of £100 per week per villa must accompany bookings, and this
is non refundable. The balance must be paid at least ten weeks prior to the
commencement of the holiday. If the booking is within ten weeks of departure
payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to the fee levied by
credit card companies a 1.75% charge will be made on each payment using a credit
card (e.g. Visa or MasterCard) No charge is made for payment by cheque or debit
cards (e.g. Switch or Delta).
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel any part of the booking you should advise us immediately
by telephone followed by confirmatory letter, which must be signed by the
person who signed the booking form. All cancellations are subject to charges
payable by you. These charges are shown below. Holiday Insurance is non-refundable.

4. Security Breakage Deposit
In signing your booking form you agree:
a. To pay a security/breakage deposit of $250, on arrival in
Florida. Our Agents will collect this from you ideally by credit
card. The Security Deposit will be returned to you after the
completion of the holiday less the cost of any damages (if applicable).
b. To pay the full cost of any breakage's, losses or damage to the property
(the Homeowners Management Company will be sole arbitrators on cause of damage
or loss)
c. To take good care of the property and leave it clean and in a tidy condition
at the end of the holiday.
d. To report any damage or loss immediately after it is discovered to our agent
in Florida.
e. To permit the Homeowner and or their agents reasonable access to the property
to carry out any maintenance if necessary.
f. Not to sublet or share the property except with persons nominated on the
booking form.
5. Check In and Check Out
The property is available after 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 11.00am on the day of departure.
6. Our Liability
We take care to ensure the accuracy of information printed in our brochure
and we accept responsibility for ensuring that the holiday you book is supplied
as described in our brochure.
We will not be liable where any failure to perform was due to an event which
either ourselves or the supplier of the services in question could not have
foreseen or avoided.
7. Holiday Changes by You
Should you need to change your holiday arrangements we will do our best to
help. However, changes are subject to a £15 per person charge each
time a change takes place. The exception to this is your holiday flights.
Most airlines do not allow name changes after tickets have been issued. Where
this is the case, flight charges are likely to be the full cost of the flight.
8. If We Change Your Holiday/Force
Majeur
Most changes are minor. Occasionally such as in the unlikely event that your
holiday property is withdrawn from our rental programme we do reserve the right
to substitute another similar home. Very rarely, we may be obliged by "Force
Majeur" to alter or terminate your holiday after commencement but before
the scheduled end of your vacation. This is extremely unlikely but if this
situation does occur, we regret that we will be unable to make any refunds,
(unless we recover refunds from our suppliers) pay compensation or meet expenses
you incur as a result.
"Force Majeur" means any event, which we could not
foresee or avoid. Examples of such events include war, threats
of war, civil commotion, industrial dispute, and natural disaster,
weather conditions, government actions or other events outside
our control.
9. Complaints Procedure
Should you be unhappy with any element of your holiday arrangements, you should
notify us immediately so that we have the opportunity to investigate/rectify
the problem. Should the problem be related to the accommodation in Florida,
details should be passed immediately to our Florida Agents (full details
will be supplied with your joining instructions). If you continue to be dissatisfied
and wish to complain formally, this should be done in writing and sent to
our trading address within seven days of the return date of the holiday.
As long as the above conditions have been observed, the matter will be investigated
and a reply will be sent to the customer within 4 weeks of the receipt of
the complaint. If compensation is deemed to be appropriate by the company
this will be limited only to the cost of the particular element of the holiday
where the problem has arisen. Any compensation awarded will be limited to
the cost after taking into consideration the time of occurrence/report, degree
of disruption and the company's ability to resolve/avoid the problem.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is essential and it is a condition of booking that you have
comprehensive insurance cover comparable to that offered by S.V.F.D. Should
you decide not to purchase our insurance you must obtain suitable alternative
cover at the same time as booking your holiday. Please read your policy details
carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you
purchase is adequate for your particular needs.
11. Flights
We act as retail agents for A.T.O.L. holders and if you reserve flights through
S.V.F.D. the A.T.O.L. holders conditions of booking will apply.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer
our Web site. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests
and to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you

SECURITY POLICY
For your benefit, we have made arrangements for all credit card transactions
to be handled through a secure web server. This may be an overseas-sited server.
Your credit card details are not held in a readable form on our web site which
reduces the possibility of any unauthorised person learning Your details while
they are being transmitted on the Internet.Every time You make an order from
us You will need to insert Your credit card details because we do not store
card details.
